Hi, Grace. Have you spoken to Mr. Fitzgerald about your Mini-Olympics? He needs to know the date to make sure the field and gym are available.

You need to speak to Mr. Fitzgerald not only because you need to make sure the gym is available, but because he can help you organize your sports day, especially if there will be students from other schools coming.

We are not using the gym anymore. And i think you guys should only name it Mini Olympics Day and not Mini Olympics Mini Olympics Day.
