In Chinese class we are learning about inventions. We are integrating this unit with the homeroom. We found out about four major Chinese Inventions and worked in groups and shared information with each other. Now we are learning about other Chinese inventions.

We are using an observation diary in Chinese class. We talked about how to observe. We also learned some words that can help us describe different colors. We are planning to plant some green seeds, so we can observe the change.

Grade 4 invention unit
Feb 18
Grade 4 students integrated invention unit in Chinese class. They were presenting their final production. Poster about your favorite or interesting invention.
IST students celebrated Chinese new year from Jan 16th to 20th. We had puppet show, dough figure, kite making and making dumpling during the week. We had temple fair at the end of week. The students really enjoyed it.
