Dear Parents,

We have received some feedback about the complexity of the Soundwaves spelling homework worksheets. As a result, Monday and Wednesday’s spelling homework will be as follows:

1. Find the most current spelling pre-test in your child’s spelling notebook. The spelling notebook may not always be in the blue, plastic homework folder. It may be inside the black homework bag.

2. Look for the 10 spelling words from the pre-test that I have written in pen. The 10 spelling words are comprised of any words that were missed from the pre-test, plus any other words from the weekly Soundwaves “list words”.

3. Your child will use these 10 words to choose 1 spelling activity from the inside cover of the spelling notebook.
